TheOnlySos - Major grief.

On two occasions Owen, Rouge, and Eden have been 'nuked' or something similar. The first just scratching them, destroying the surrounding area, and the second directly in their building. I now have circumstantial proof that it was TheOnlySos.

There is also evidence in the console that Sos spammed for a total amount of 53 seconds, in which he was slandering Owen.

From this point on you have no rank, however you will still remain on the whitelist, pending further investigation.
Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. A great birthday this is, isn't it?

At the time that this happened, I was in Blazetown with dpms working on the town. I said to dpms as a joke ''WE should nuke them'' because of the conversation yesterday regarding the same situation. I did not nuke their area. Either you take my word, or you don't. There's no 'evidence' to say I didn't do it except me not even being near the area. I tp'd after Someone asked what happened, and the instant I did, rouge joined and blamed me.

Edit: The spamming of owen was after he left, so that it didn't take offense if he didn't like it. I've seen several staff members spam when only 2 other people were in the server, and no one took issue with it.
Also; the way rouge spoke to me, even if he suspected me of anything was hardly 'right'. You can check those logs yourself.

The only other people who should be replying to this are those with evidence / counter-evidence, Sos, and Joe. Anyone who puts their 'personal' opinion will just have their reply deleted.

Rebuttal to Sos' edit: I have completely checked the logs, while I agree he addressed the situation in the wrong manner, you were equally provocative in the way you replied to his statements.

at the time of the explosion eden was in the log cabin when he heard the explosion, there was only him sos and dpms, after eden told us me and rouge joined shortly after

Because if you did have it installed. You could check to see exactly who initiated the /nuke command and at what time.

He doesn't mean that kind of nuke - because that one isn't permanent.

...Tippy, the nukes are blocks. The server logs commands anyway, don't see why an actual plugin is needed for it.

I have a couple more things to say.

1) Is there any CONCRETE evidence that states sos did it or are you going purely going on what was said in private chat. You can't make an accurate accusation from that.

2) Mabye sos was joking when he said let's nuke 'em. I say things like that all the time but never act on them. OR then again mabye he did act on his words. One thing for sure is that noone apart from sos knows what REALLY went down on that day. If something bad happens you always blame whoever was closest on that day, because you are annoyed and want to blame someone. I know coz I also do that.

But I wasn't closest when it happened, I was adding land in blazecraft city for the gardens.

Um... The gardens? The park district hasn't been started on yet, and I've been in the city since I made the land area for it. There are no gardens that I've seen, nor is there any new land added.

There was space next to the reservoir, so I added the grass, because it wasn't correct according to the blueprint you sent me.

"Let's nuke 'em" Is, in my experience, one of Sos' favourite Minecraft jokes, I don't think he's ever been serious about doing it, nor do I think he ever will be.

While I thank you for support, I think this kinda comes under 'personal thoughts'

I also talked to Blaze and DPMS:

Blaze: When I spoke to Joe it turns out that Sos also did the original nuking. Leading me to believe that once I fixed the original, Sos decided to do it again.

DPMS: Sos' aliby isn't valid. DPMS said that Sos left BlazeCity on many occasions for long periods of time while in the server that day.

In my mind this is evidence enough, Joe also agrees.

Verdict:
Demotion to Moderator, feel free to apply for admin again.
No bans.
(This has been a light punishment due to me stating to Joe it would not happen again. Don't misplace my trust.)

I don't get 'annoyed' at rule breakers. You can ask Joe, or Adam, or almost anyone for that matter. The only thing that has ever 'annoyed' me was when Will completely decimated the old spawn, and who wouldn't get annoyed at that? After every decision I make I check if it's just me commiting the sin of Hubris or not. I don't overreact when it comes to punishments.
