Unknown TNT grief at FedTech Base

Was going over to landing pad to continue working on my dropship, when I saw a smaller craft hovering a bit above. I assumed it was something Sos built for aesthetics, and to expand upon what I was building, but when I flew up and saw the holes in the bottom, and the redstone/lever inside it, I knew it wasn't him. I looked down at where the tnt would have landed, and saw that some of the lights on the pad were off. I went down below it to the red alloy wires, and some were missing. I logblocked and saw that TNT had destroyed it, but not the landing pad itself or the lights. It couldn't have been a normal user, because it looks like the small ship was pasted in (due to two blocks floating a short distance from it, the likes of which would be used when copy/pasting). So this means it was at least a mod (they could have flown it up there with flying ring. I actually don't know if mods have worldedit or not, so it may have not been a mod). But anyways, I couldn't find out who it was. It could have been left over from bob, but bob can't paste stuff in. Anyways, here are pics:

When i was still a mod, flying,world edit, and creative are all disabled. i believe this is either a hacker or an admin or above.
