| As far as I'm aware, the simplest way to say this, is that the service we have been renting has been completely reset. No worlds, plugins, files, mods - Nothing. Everything we have done in the past half year is gone. I have already sent a strongly worded support ticket to Veoserv expecting full compensation if they cannot restore everything.
I'll reply to this topic as more information comes, I've noticed a lot of you have tried to join in the past few hours, and I apologize.

Hi Douglas,
I can completely understand your frustration. I just took a look, and indeed all of your files appear to have been reset... this is very bizarre; We have not deleted your files or reinstalled your service, nor is it possible for the control panel to do so automatically without any human intervention. Because of this, I can guarantee you that this is not an issue directly related to human or software error at our end.
We keep backups daily, although it may be a few hours old. I will restore this backup for you now and let you know when it has been completed :-)

| Hi Douglas,
I have now restored all of the files. Something that is important to note is that any files you have deleted previously will be restored after the backup. You can delete these files again. This is due to an old bug in our backup system that was fixed last night :-)

Thanks Perri, all my players and staff will be glad to hear this news! This seemed to have happened overnight when nobody was on so I doubt anyone will have any issues with this. Thanks for your support.

| Everybody's player files have been reset - For those of you that don't know what that means; your inventories have been wiped clean, all your chests are fine though, so there shouldn't be too much of a problem. | |
